1. 回顾性：主要有两种:①从疾病(结果)开始去探找原因(病因)的方法叫病例对照研究(case-controlstudy),从时间上是回顾性的,所以又叫回顾性(retrospective)研究. ②从有无可疑原因(病因)开始去观察是否发生结果(疾病)的研究方法叫队列(或群组、定群)研究(cohortstudy).
