1. 子宫颈：◆生产(labor)徵兆进入第二产程(pushing and birth)后,随著每次阵痛,听从助产士的指令:→ 子宫颈(cervix)开 4 公分以下. ◆第二产程(Pushing and Birth)要开始用力了!→ 用力(bear down)的时机:遵循助产士/护士/医生的指令.

2. 宫颈：精子通过子宫颈(CERVIX)进入子宫(UTERUS),再进入输卵管(FALLOPIAN TUBES). 女性的卵叫EGG或者OVUM. 适合受孕的卵子叫FERTILEOVUM. 与精子结合后形成胚胎(EMBRYO),它在子宫内膜(ENDOMETRIUM)着床. 性器官的统称是GENITALIA.

3. 颈部：有的认为只要有大量的黏液出来, 就是解除了; 有的认为总需阴道的四壁, 尤其是子宫的颈部(cervix)发生了节律性的张弛动作,才是解除了. 笔者以为这种观察是不对的,黏液可以放出得很多,外阴可以浸淫在黏液之中,并且浸淫了很久很久,
