Excuse me, sir. Are you Mr. John Hunter? Yes, I am. What can I do for you? You requested a vegetarian meal, didn't you? Yes, I did. Is that a problem? No, not at all. We have the meal ready for you in the galley.

Excuse me, when will the meal be served? We will start to serve meals in 15 minutes. What are the meal options? We have beef with rice and chicken with noodles. May I have a vegetarian meal instead? Sorry, I'm afraid not. Vegetarian meals need to be requested, at least 24 hours before departure.

Sir, would you like chicken or beef? Actually, I ordered a special meal. I am a vegetarian. I requested it when I made my reservation. I'm sorry, we must have made a mistake. I'll go check on that.

Sir, which one would you like beef or chicken? Beef, please. Would you like something to drink? What do you have? We have coffee, tea, juice, coke, beer, and wine. Apple juice, please.

Would you like chicken or pasta? I'll take pasta, please. What would you like to drink? Do you have milk? Sorry, sir. We don't have milk. Could I get you anything else? Yes. Do you have red wine? Yes, sure.

Would you care for the Western or Chinese breakfast? Could you tell me what each one contains? The Western one has scrambled eggs, sausage and rolled bread. The Chinese one is congee with side dishes. I'll take the Western one, please. Sure. Here you are. May I have some more bread, please? Of course. I'll be right back with your bread.

Excuse me. Could you take the tray, please? Sure. No problem. Are you finished, ma'am? Yes, I am. Here is my tray. Sir, can I take your tray? Sure. Go ahead.

Excuse me, ma'am. How may I help you, sir? Could I have a glass of water? Of course. Here you are. Would you like to have some snacks? Yes, please.

How long will it be before we arrive? We will arrive in about four hours. Will you be serving another meal before arriving? Yes, the meal will be served about two hours before landing. Okay, but I am a little hungry now. May I have a cup of instant noodles, please? No problem. I'll be back in a moment with your noodles.
