1. 经验；实践
Experience is knowledge or skill in a particular job or activity, which you have gained because you have done that job or activity for a long time.

e.g. He has also had managerial experience on every level...

Something that is joyful causes happiness and pleasure.

Someone who is joyful is extremely happy.

If you tell someone to count their blessings, you are saying that they should think about how lucky they are instead of complaining.

e.g. Some would argue this was no burden in fact, and that she should count her blessings.
