Travel is fun, especially when you take a trip to a faraway place. My brother just went to Italy and France. He got on a plane at Toronto Airport and took a flight to France. He stayed there for a couple of days and visited the famous Eiffel Tower. While he was in Paris, he said that he really enjoyed the food in France. He then traveled to Italy, where he saw many towns and villages. He visited Rome and explored many of the tourist attractions there. In Venice, he saw the beautiful canals that the city is famous for. Although he tried to speak Italian, he admitted he was not very good at it. Still, the people were very helpful and tried their best to understand him. During his time in Italy, he bought souvenirs for us. He also ate Italian food and mentioned that the pizza in Italy tastes quite different from the pizza we eat here in Canada. He noticed many streets were made of cobblestones and admired the old buildings. Many people in Italy travel around on scooters. He stayed at a very nice hotel and was sorry when it was time to come home. My brother really likes to travel and enjoys flying in airplanes. However, the airlines once lost his luggage, which made him unhappy. Despite this, he is looking forward to traveling to England next year.
